Stephanie Aceves is a graduate of the University of Southern California, receiving her B.A. in communication in 2019. She is currently the engagement lead and curatorial assistant for the Museum of Art and History for the City of Lancaster. In addition, she is an on-call associate social media producer for LAist.
Previously, she has worked as a multimedia journalist at KION546 in Salinas, CA, covering the aftermath of the CZU fires in the Santa Cruz mountains, the California Recall election, the effect of COVID-19 on the Central Coast, and the local community. She also worked as a community engagement intern at LAist in 2019.
With a passion for engaging storytelling, she aspires to amplify the voices of underserved and disenfranchised communities, making a meaningful impact through her work.
