ABC7’s David Ono has been named the Los Angeles Press Club’s 2023 Joseph M. Quinn Awardee for Lifetime Achievement. Ono is the co-anchor for ABC7 Eyewitness News at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. He joined ABC7 in 1996 and during that time has witnessed history worldwide, covering Hurricane Katrina, Haiti’s earthquake and Japan’s tsunami.
