Kalaisha is a recent graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where she received a degree in journalism. Kalaisha studied abroad at the Danish School of Media and Journalism, where she practiced multimedia reporting. She reported on fake news in Sweden, the European Union’s refugee relocation plan from Belgium, and victims of torture in Turkey.
