Starting Monday, Reuters will provide free monthly art classes at the West Coast Bureau in Culver City. The art classes are extended to L.A. Press Club members. Space is limited so make sure you sign up in time!
The drawing and painting classes will take place on the second Monday each month from 5:45-7:45 p.m. Supplies will be provided. If you would prefer to join via Zoom from home, we can help advise you a few days beforehand about which supplies you will need.
You can choose to draw or paint, with assistance from our art teacher (and former journalist) Leah Kohlenberg. All experience levels encouraged. Most lessons will begin with an optional mini painting lesson to help practice brush strokes.
